Shrimmmmmp Tacos

I feel like way post way too many dessert recipes so here's a real dinner or lunch one! When I saw this picture, it just made my mouth water...

  • Avocado, Slices (1)
  • Cabbage, Purple Thin (1/2 head)
  • Cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Head cabbage, Thin (1/2)
  • Jalapeno, whole (1)
  • Lime, Wedges (1)
  • Shrimp (1)
  • Shrimp (1 1/2 pound)
  • Mexican tomato sauce or enchilada sauce (1 can)
  • Pico de gallo (1)
  • White vinegar (1 teaspoon)
  • Canola oil (2 Tablespoons)
  • Cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Sugar (1 Tablespoon)
  • Corn tortillas, whole (16)
  • Whole milk (1/2 cup)

1. Slice purple cabbage and mince jalapeno and put in bowl
 2. Mix together milk, some mayonnaise, salt sugar, vinegar and a little cayenne for dressing
 3. Poor dressing into the bowl of cabbage and jalapenos
 4. Put the canola oil in a large skillet over high heat and throw in the shrimp
 5. Mix them around so they change color
 6. Poor Mexican tomato sauce over the shrimp
 7. Bring to a boil and add the cumin
 8. After a few minutes mix in some butter until it melts and set your shrimp aside
 9. Put shrimp and cabbage/jalapeno mix on corn tortillas
10. Add spicy Pico de Gallo and slices of avocado
11. Squeeze some lime over it

Can't you just smell the fresh tortilla and the spiciness of the shrimp??

Okay, back to reality.
