Oreo Cupcakes

Yummmm

I made these over the weekend (well obviously not the ones above; mine would never look so good!) and they were delicious as well as easy to make :)
Check out the recipe:

Ingredients: Box of chocolate cake mix, One pack of Oreos, 8 Ounces of cream cheese, One stick of butter (room temp.), 3 cups of powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Prepare cake mix according to box directions
3. Put an oreo at the bottom of each cupcake liner
4. Take half of remaining oreos and crush them in a bag
5. Add to cake mix
6. Fill cupcake liners with the mix
7. Put in oven for 15 mins or until baked
8. Make frosting

Frosting:

1. Mix the butter and cream cheese
2. Add vanilla and powdered sugar
3. Blend well
4. Crush remaining oreos and add to mixture
5. Put on cupcakes

***If you want the swirly texture,  get a frosting swirler. That's what I'm gonna do.
